Guide Terms and Conditions

The Guide
  • The Personalised Guide is for Palermo, Sicily and is a digital Travel Guide that once complete, will be sent by email directly to the client, on average around 7-14 days after the consultation call.

  • The Personalised Guide is bespoke to the client but will include Google Maps, itineraries, recommendations, insider tips, useful contact information and an accompanying video that can be accessed through the Guide via a private link on YouTube.

  • Whilst I offer recommendations, I am not responsible for the booking of hotels, activities and services. These will need to be booked directly by the client.

  • I am not responsible for any travel delays, cancellations or acts of force majeure which could impact the client's holiday.

  • I am not responsible for any medical situations or emergencies in the unlikely event they occur during the course of the client's holiday nor can I offer the client advice relating to travel or medical insurance companies.

  • I am not responsible for any visa issues, should they arise during the client's stay.

  • The Guide is non-refundable. Should the client be unsatisfied with any aspect, I will work with the client to make any necessary changes.

  • All rights reserved. Copyright of the Personalised Guide belongs to Ms Britaly and no part of this Guide may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means - electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise - without the prior permission in writing of Ms Britaly.

Booking Process
  • The Personalised Guide includes a 1 hour consultation call on Google Meet (or alternative platform where possible) to discuss needs and requirements.

  • Clients need to book an available time slot for the consultation call using the calendar booking system on the booking page managed by Setmore. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the slot. All payments are processed using PayPal. I am not responsible for any errors made by the client during this process or for any problems incurred as a result of the Setmore or PayPal platforms.

  • Once the booking is confirmed, a pre-consultation questionnaire available on my website, should be completed at least 24 hours prior to the call to ensure that our call together is the most effective.

  • Any cancellations/changes to your consultation call booking need to be made on the Booking Platform no later than 6 hours beforehand.
